I swear I have the worst cramps out of anyone I know in real life. Like 9/10 pain. Throwing up from pain, can’t move, sleeping the whole day, don’t go to work etc.

I used to have issues with period poops too- like needing to go 4-5 times a day (on days 1 and 2). I wld have extreme cramps before it.

It’s been around 2 months since I got a massage gun and realised massaging my hips and lower back actually helps me poop and the pain around that went away and it’s been life changing for me.

For a few wks I’ve been having creatine everyday. It’s amazing. This time I have had ONLY A FEW MOMENTS OF CRAMPS. instead of the usual 12 hours, 6 hours and 6 hours on days 1-3. I have heard many other women talking about this too in comment sections I guess there has been no real research about this. But WOW my life is completely different. This is amazing. After 10 years of this, for the first time something has helped.
