My parents are totally against content creation, promotions, social media presence — basically everything related to it. 🥲

The thing is, I genuinely enjoy creativity/content ideas, and I want to explore it seriously someday. I haven’t even started promotions or anything yet because I don’t know where to begin, but whenever I bring it up, they shut it down immediately.

Preferred areas: Hinjewadi (all phases), Wakad, or Pimpri-Chinchwad side.

Can someone give me a rough idea of:

Current rent range in these areas

Any good societies or localities to consider

Things I should watch out for (maintenance, deposit, etc.)

From what I’ve seen online, Hinjewadi seems to be around ₹16k–₹23k+ depending on society and furnishing, but I’d like real insights from people living there.
