Do these eyes look mildly jaundiced or just naturally slightly yellow? My mother is diabetic with high cholesterol. SGPT was 61 6 months ago. Appetite is normal, no weight loss or swelling. She took oral antibiotics (Augmentin, levofloxacin, Flagyl) about 2 weeks ago and finished ceftriaxone injections 1 week ago. Wondering if this looks like true jaundice, fatty liver, medication effect, or something benign like Gilbert syndrome
