Looking to hire someone to do a picnic scene where the entire set will be made out of balloons.

The larger ones in the background I am either going to 3D scan or comp in larger so those can be normal sized.

Ideally would want someone that can do things like an ant, a spider, a basket, wine bottle etc.

Fully furnished room available in a shared house on the Koreatown / Mid-City border. The room has a bay window with gold curtains and good natural light. Gated Parking, Central A/C, WIfi all utilities included.

The house is the Matheson Residence, designed in 1909 by Frederick Roehrig, the "Millionaire's Architect" behind several of LA's most notable historic homes.

It's a designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.

Originally built for John L. Matheson, the house still has original stained glass windows featuring the Scottish Matheson clan motto "Fac et Spera" (do and hope).

It later served as the LDS California Mission headquarters in the 1940s before becoming a private residence again.

7,000 sq ft with arched doorways, wall sconces, hardwood floors, a grand piano in the living room, a formal dining room with an iron chandelier, original dark wood kitchen cabinetry, and a clawfoot tub bathroom. Brick courtyard with outdoor dining and a koi pond outside.

3 cats live here as do 3 ghosts.

Photos are outdated but the room is fully furnished and it can be removed at your discretion. theres a large basement where my office is.
