Looking for Budget Cabinet Kit for 4" full range Speaker

Looking for Budget Cabinet Kit for 4" full range Speaker

I bought a pair of MarkAudio CHN70s for a project but they ened up not getting used. I would like to place them in a decent but inexpensive cabinet just to have around, not really any serious listening

Found the IWISTAO HIFI site but this pair seem to never be in stock. Found something on AliExpress like this but IDK. Found a few other sites but looking to stay around or under the $100 per pair neighborhood. A bamboo cabinet would be swell but open to any ideas.

I don't have any woodworking skills outside of gluing/ screwing, clamping and finishing so that's why I am looking for a kit. Knock downs would be fine.

Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks!

How does storage with e2ee get terminated for content violations? ELI5

Or for any reason - someone posted their oracle account got closed for running Mineserver. I have read posts about accounts getting terminated for various content and use reasons. But if it's encrypted how does anyone know what you have stored in your account? Am I misunderstanding encrypted storage?

Thanks

In the process of upgrading/ experimenting, bought some NHT Zero A450s

First, long time budget audiophile, audio technician, engineer - I have put together dozens of professional recording studios and worked in the high home theater industry for a while, have owned more budget audiophile gear than I can remember. So I know a little about audio

Bought the Zeros based on reviews only, looking to replace my Minimus 7s. Small office, about a meter away from the speakers, speakers on stands about 6-8" from wall, also using a modified Klipsch Pro Media subwoofer. Recently upgraded from a Marantz 1601 receiver to SMSL MK 500II and Aiyima A20 - electronics upgrade noticeably better.

Hooked up the Zeros in place of the Minimus 7s - did not sound better. Tweaked the crossover points since it was sounding a little muddy but didn't help

Moved the Zeros to the living room which has a pair of 3D Acoustics satellite speakers powered by an old Tripath amp - no comparison, the 3D Acoustics were miles better

To describe what I am hearing: no high end, peaky mids, veiled sound, muffled, seem really inefficient, like I'm listening thru foam. - yes, all the drivers are working. I expected the no low end from everything I read but it's just a general lack of fidelity. They are literally one of the worst sounding speakers I have ever heard. Bought them off eBay non-returnable from a seller with great reviews, I expected them to be at least usable so didn't care about the return. They are in excellent physical condition, they seem to be well taken care of, the listing said they sounded great running off a Denon receiver.

So TLDR, bought NHT Zeros, don't l like, wondering why they have received a lot of love and if there is a possible problem with them.

Appreciate any advice or input

▲ 3 r/Backup

Since I found out that the MEGA backup doesn't really backup I have been trying to find a way to use my MEGA storage with a different backup solution. See this post if you are curious

I have installed RClone and have been able to connect to my account but it seems (from my research) that RClone is not good for incremental backups. I looked at FreeFileSync but can't figure out how to connect to MEGA on the destination side.

I have tried the RClone UI GUI but that doesn't seem to be the answer either since it is just GUI for RClone. I have seen the option for mounting as a VFS but also not understanding how to make that work, it seems to copy the remote folder to the mount point. If it worked as a virtually mounted folder then I guess I could use any backup program to backup to the virtual folder.

This is on a Linux Mint install LMDE. Any suggestions or tutoring appreciated
