I've had this vacuum since November 2025 and was really pleased with it, even though it had minor inconveniences (side brush falling off or breaking, getting lost, etc.).

Every week, the sensors, the brushes, the base station and everything that came with it, were getting cleaned.

Today, while doing its task, it decided not to avoid a fresh cat poop on the floor.

Can anyone guess what happened? It continued vacuuming and mopping. When I noticed it, it was too late. The cat waste got everywhere inside the robot... Wheels, main brush, motor, you name it.

Was the robot up to date? Yes, yes it was.
Do I have warranty? Yes, I do
Do you think it'll cover it? Well... No!

That's it, that's all. That was the lifespan of this vacuum robot...
