How do I break it off with my NPD baby daddy. I found out hes been cheating on me with his coworker (whom fully knew she was a "side B" and didnt care. Wanted it that way) and i tried to unalive myself and was put in a psych ward for 8 days. Idk what to do
I was diagnosed last November for Borderline personality disorder, anxiety and CPTSD. Ive been doing good....then found out the father of my child (& man who's been begging me to marry him) has been cheating on me with his coworker. Which he's cheated every year for 9 years so at least hes consistent i guess....anyways I had run out of my mood stabilizer and j absolutely lost it . I tried to unalive myself so I j was put in a psych ward for 8 days. First time doing that. I got out Thursday and he wants to act like I am supposed to just get over it. And j can't. Its eating me alive. I want to self harm so bad.
