i've had heat burning sensations in my groin area and inner thighs along with scratchy pain in the upper urethra. all tests negative. went to pain specialist for pudendal nerve block and genitalfermiral nerve block. it eventually went away after nine months but now it has returned after 4 months. anyone out there with this experience?
