Positivity in the ecosystem

Hi, looking for others to share some recent personal and work wins around the sf ecosystem.

I am in the ecosystem for 10 years so my algo is heavily weighted with salesforce content. Recently / since launch of agentforce, I can’t help notice the pile on. I completely agree with the issues with the company, product, name changing, certification and vision. The list could go on, let’s not go there on this post!!! 😂
That said, I love the ecosystem and I have built a good career for myself and I know 100s of people in the same boat.

Anyway, my ask - to quell the long list of cons, I’m looking for others to share recent good news from working with the platform.

Feel free to shoot wide and high.

Buying up North Dealer 3-month vs. 1-year third-party warranty?

Hi,
currently in the process of buying a 2022 Tesla from a dealer up North. They offer a 3-month standard warranty, with an option to purchase a 1-year extension via a third-party policy. They work with a third party that covers ROI. Essentially, either standard dealership warranty for 3 months or 1 year warranty with third party.

Given that the battery and drive unit are already covered by the Tesla factory warranty until 2030, I’m debating if the 1 year warranty is worth it.  Cost is 400-500£. (battery health at 92%)

For those who have navigated this or imported a Tesla recently:
Are these third-party plans worth the cost for non-battery items like sensors, screens, and suspension, or are the exclusions too broad?
Have you found the authorization process for repairs to be difficult to manage?
Do you have any general advice on buying/importing an EV from Northern Ireland?

Appreciate any tips or "lessons learned" from your own experience.

Reta or Not? Path to sub 10% Body fat for 36 m experienced lifter.

Hi, been lifting for 15 years. I’m 6 foot 2 and 92kilo. I am circa 14% body fat. I have dialed in the key variables over time having being a bit fat for years ; including sleep (although as a new dad this is up and down), training consistency and execution, cardio consistency. I am very happy with my overall progress but my goal is to get shredded so I can begin a gain phase. I am finding getting below and maintaining 11/12% bf without binging incredibly hard. My food noise is super high, a lot of my day to day thoughts are fixated on my next meal or what sweet I will have before bed. I am typically consistent but I am not competing for anything so I find the motivation to restrict wanes over time and I eventually crack.

Is Reta a viable option for me? Should I consider a low down dose? Hearing great things but I’m concerned of long term health risks and also the rebound of when I eventually come off. TIA
