Cegorach

Hit my three month mark and wanted to test myself on a centerpiece. Very happy with how it came out. So much color, my favorite thing about eldar

Cegorach done!

So, just hit my 3 month mark in the hobby, and really wanted to test myself with a centerpiece. I saw someone online had done a similar kitbash to make Cegorach, so I figured it'd be fun to try. Might be a few minor touchups here and there, but very happy with how this came out, and it looks so fun with my harlequins. I love how colorful and Eldar army can be. I'll run him using avatar of khaine rules, and can't wait to see him on the field

Took a break

From ships to start painting my Cegorach model. A lot of fun with this one today. Still a ways to go

Gold panel lining

Anyone worked through gold panel lining? I've yet to do any form of panel lining, and wondering if you have any tips, or tricks other than gloss coat first

First quin troupe finished

Ok, 99%. Gotta figure out what tufts I wanna use, just having a hard time with colors. I changed the magenta ribbon to yellow as I felt it worked better with the blue/red and now yellow/purple asymmetry. Toying around with a name, something along the lines of Masque of the Divided Dream, or Masque of Fractured Lucidity, but open to thoughts for sure. Had fun getting these guys ready, now so many more to paint lol

Can't tell if I like it or not

Part of me loves it, part of me feels the red and blue are too much. Thoughts on improvements?

Painting first troupe

Started painting my first harlequins, and chickened out on the full diamonds pattern. Thinking of incorporating a 4 set of dark plum diamonds somewhere on the models, as I really like what that color does for them.

All wrapped up

Got Lhykhis finished up. She's my 17th mini, and pretty proud of her, although I don't know how I feel about the warp. Give me your critiques so I can grow :)

Kitbash help

Wanna do a Cegorach kitbash, but having a hard time locating skyweaver jet bike masks. Anyone have any info on where I can locate them, other than buying a buttload of skyweavers? Thanks

New to quins

And about to start painting up the ones I have. The diamonds are intimidating as I only 2 months into painting miniatures at all. Would you guys mind sharing some of your models so I can start to wrap my head around which direction id like to go?

One month into painting miniatures

Just started in on my corsair combat patrol, and holy hell....so much more detail on these than the fire dragons I started with and the warp spiders I just did. Still a wip but what do you guys think? Having so much fun!
