As a woman, why do you stare at big/muscular guys at the gym? Is it attraction or intimidation?
I’m a 6'1", 250 lbs Indian guy living in the US. I’m pretty heavily built from working out. I’m naturally very shy, and whenever I'm at the gym, I notice girls staring at me not everytime,but most of the time. A few women (specifically Black women) have come up to me and complimented me, saying I'm handsome/good looking.
However, because I’m shy, whenever people stare(girls), I get nervous and never look back in their eyes. My curiosity is: what goes through your mind when you see a guy my size? Are women staring because they find my size attractive, or is it because a big guy can look intimidating or harmful? Just trying to understand the gym dynamic or in general better. Thanks!
