Does anyone know what this could be? I have extreme health anxiety and I’m worried it’s something bad.. i have them on my legs, hips, and abdomen. And the do not fade when pressing them and i have no other symptoms.

Help! What is this? I have like 15 on my stomach and they are spreading. I’ve been to the doctor and he said it’s most likely pityrasis rosea but when i look close at them it looks like there’s petechiaes inside the rash, and when i google it, it says that pityrasis rosea usually don’t have petechiae. Could it maybe be capillaritis?
