Ryzen AI PRO 350 USB dropouts/crashes

(Lenovo T14 Gen6)

I see that AMD has had problems with USB dying in the past, and currently I'm suffering a problem on my laptop with AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 350, where USB power management seems to be causing dropouts and crashes.

Sometimes after being idle long enough, the webcam will completely fail as the internal USB/UVC device appears to fail to resume or re-enumerate.

Occasionally the system (Linux) completely locks up around what appears to be a USB power management/resume event.

Is this a known issue with this series of chips?

What sort of charging percentage schedule are you on?

There seems to be so much mixed info on how LFP batteries should be charged.

The manual basically just says you must charge 100% at least once a week and keep at lower charge when stored for extended periods. Otherwise it gives no info.

Many people seem to just plug it in every day and keep it fully charged constantly. The Engineering Explained video seems to suggest that LFP batteries prefer to be run down by quite a lot and then charged up by a lot

What's YOUR routine and how isd it working for you?
