Can ROTC APMS’s get instructor identification badges ?
I’m curious if officers in non TRADOC teaching positions can get a basic instructor identification badge? I’ve only ever seen it in TRADOC environments

Hey everyone, I need advice on improving my PT scores. I always pass my AFTs, but barely like usually around a 315/500. I deal with chronic pain, and every time I start making progress I get hit with a flare-up in my shoulders or knees, so it feels like I’m constantly restarting
Anyone been through something similar or found ways to improve their AFT and rucking without wrecking their body?
I’ll be at Fort Leonard Wood for training and I’m looking for rucking routes in the 6–8 mile range. I’m coming from a flat area so I’d really like a route with some elevation to help me acclimate. Any recommendations?
