Botched touch up paint correction

Hey guys, new car came with a touch up and it appears at some point during the production line, transportation, or at the new car dealer someone horribly botched the touch up job (3/4 inch)on a side panel (it appears some sort of plastic/composite material). Dealer says they did not do it and “of course” they do not know where it happened. What are the options here to fix it? What can I use to remove touch up paint only, without damaging the clear coat so that I can re-touch up in a proper way?
Can this be a DIY or require body shop panel respray?

BMW X5 G05 cargo liner

Anyone here can share which cargo liner did you go with for G05? I don’t mind buying BMW brand cargo liner (like I have done in the past), but if there is no difference in quality then third party liner will do. I have seen Lastfit and looks good but 3W brand is identical and costs less.
Main requirement is no strong chemical/plastic odor and quality. I don’t want to deal with returns so I’d rather buy once and forget it.
Note: I have BMW brand floor mats so only looking for cargo mat.

BMW G05 wheel locks to specs

Today installed the wheel locks on my G05, manual says it should be torqued to 101 lbs ft/140 Nm, but to my surprise factory lug bolts were torqued to ~ 90-95 ft/lb. Of course I re-torqued all of them to specs ~101 ft/lb. Anyone else has seen this issue? If you have not, may be time to check it out. Stay safe on the roads.

BMW X5 (G05) 2026 rim size

Wanted to check if any of you can share experience with 740M, 741M, and 742M rims. Here are the specs (I know 741M and 742M look better, but we don’t usually drive on race track everyday and Aspect Ratio combined with rough/broken pavement could impact quality and drivetrain):

20" Wheels (Style 740M): 9J × 20 front/rear (Offset 35);
21" Wheels (Style 741M ): 9.5J × 21 front (Offset 37), 10.5J × 21 rear (Offset 43)

BMW X5 40i (2026) Reasonable MSRP

Do you guys consider below mentioned packages as “fully loaded” if not what else would you add? What would be reasonable MSRP for it (before/after discounts)? It’s for long term use/hold (~10 years). Dealerships have postings for $85k-87k.
