Darts D’Nar was able to kick Kenobi’s ass in hand to hand combat. Can he do the same to the Zabrack Sith Lord or does Maul have the physical strength needed to win?

I made an updated tier list only on the prequel era since people were saying the other list was too much to look at. I made some slight modifications as well.

Tier 9: Yoda and Mace beat Palpatine in the duel portions of their fights so they go above him. Yoda is more oftenly called the best jedi duelist so he goes above Mace. Dark side Anakin arguably has the best physicality, but he is mentally the weakest of tier 9 and likely to make a mistake first.

Tier 8.5: Dooku should be a high 8, near Yoda and Mace as a duelist. Anakin and Quinlon both beat him, and Obi at his best can hold off darkside Anakin and eventually win. Obi was stated to be an 8 by Gillard.

Tier 8: Anakin has proven he can contend with Dooku much better than tier 7s like Ventress and was clearly dominate over Barriss. Maul should be a level above Savage since he beat him so easily, and Kenobi has shown he's at least as good as Maul, and better when fighting at his best.

Tier 7: AOTC Anakin/Kenobi, Qui-gon, and Fisto were stated to be level 7s by Gillard and pretty much all characters on this tier have scaling to each other. TPM Kenobi was once called a 6 and once called a 7 by Gillard, so he's at the bottom of the tier.

Tier 6: Barriss did worse against Anakin than Ventress and seems to be a peer of S5 Ahsoka. S5 Ahsoka was clearly not equal to Grievous yet, though was getting close. She got the better of Pre Vizsla in their fight. The 11th brother was superior to Devon until she used the dark side, but they are close. Jocasta is at least a level below the Grand Inquisitor.

Tier 5: Nahdar Veb stomped 3 magna guards while s1 Ahsoka went extreme diff with them, so he's at least a level above her, but should be a level below S5 Ahsoka since he lost to Grievous much quicker. This tier is basically baseline jedi knight level.

Tier 4: This is the level of a competent padawan. Hondo did surprisingly well against Anakin and mid clone wars Ahsoka and could honestly be argued up a level, but honestly I don't see him having the dueling skill of a jedi knight.

Tier 3: lower padawan level. Magnagaurds were inferior to S1 Ahsoka and Cato was also inferior.

Tier 2: youngling level.

I saw multiple other people posting theirs recently so I decided to post one using my own template (best star wars powerscaling template that exists right now imo). I also added a few teams to make it more interesting. I think you'll find this fairly accurate, (the order in some of the tiers can definitely be argued) but if you have any questions about any of my placements, just ask.

Do you think he was talking about VL Ichigo here, or was Aizen talking about an unseen power he thinks Ichigo reached in the dangai and discarded that power for physical strength?
