How do I fix my 4.5 month old's sleep?

How do I fix my 4.5 month old's sleep?

FTM here. We nurse to sleep, EBF, and aren't open to cosleeping.

This has been going on for 2 weeks and I'm shattered from the frequent wakes. Is there anything we can do to extend her sleep cycles? Anything to improve on in the day? She averages 3 hours of total naps and 10 hours of overnight sleep.

I'm exhausted.

4.5 months exclusively falling asleep from nursing and napping too often?

Is that why she's taking so many naps? Any tips for adjusting to other methods of falling asleep in the daytime? I've been seeing other babies falling asleep 3-4 times a day, but my LO is EFB and drifts off after every other feed it seems (every 2-3 hours).

The regression has made her grouchier and made her wake up once or twice at night, but nothing crazy.

I would love to get her to sleep without needing her to be latched. Any tips would be really appreciated 🩷🩷

Her summaries are: Nap average of 3 hours, bedtime averages of 10.5hrs

My 4-month-old hates the carrier. I know the fit isn't amazing but I can't pin-point why. Help!

hiya, ftm to a 4 month old baby girl!

we have what i think is a baby bjorn harmony carrier. i just saw this sub today and now know theyre notorious for not being amazing.

she squirms non stop in the carrier unless she's sleepy/has fallen asleep. i wfh and shes been very attached to my body recently so it would be amazing if i could babywear her around the house while she chills and naps.

how can i improve the fit for her? im considering going for a different brand- i live in australia if that helps. any suggestions?

thank you!!

Early 00's UK childrens picture book about a pig? Can't make out the title or author!!

This book used to be read to me by my Papa and Nana, and my Nana recently passed. I've just given birth to my first baby and want to find this book so that my parents can read it to her.

The title looks like it's "Patty the Pig"? See image below for the cover details, as I found a photo of my Papa reading it to me!!
