hi everyone, i’m 21f and not necessarily ttc but not preventing either.. i have pcos and endo and have never got a period unless im on bc, provera, progesterone etc. every period ive had is medically induced. yesterday i started very light spotting and im having weird dull cramps. like my uterus just almost feels heavy and it cramps on both sides sometimes as well. it almost feels like i have to poop lol. i’ve had periods before but these cramps feel different. they feel off. i’ve taken 2 tests and they’re both negative, but i’ve had multiple friends and family members tell me it sounds like implantation bleeding and they’re had the same thing when they were pregnant. it’s stressing me out not knowing and i feel like im already getting attached to a baby that i dont even know exists or not. have any of you had a similar experience? what was the outcome? thanks so much in advance.
