I was searching for a power bank for Op15,both wirless and wired support is my requirement. Can you guys suggest one at an affordable price?

Did anyone of you have downgraded to older version after 16.1? Actually I was facing random freezes and blackouts after the latest update, like the screen completely freezes while using an app and the screen completely goes black and redirects me to the lockscreen and later it becomes normal automatically, so I was willing to downgrade to the previous version but I'm concerned about the anti rollback (arb) thing, so it'd be helpful if anyone of you did that

P. S. Confirmed from the oneplus software person and they said op15 don't have arb so we can downgrade.

So since past few days my OnePlus 15 is facing sudden blackouts,for example today I was using Instagram and while I was scrolling all of a sudden the screen went black and it took me to the lockscreen where all the lockscreen widgets started loading and later I unlocked the phone normally and the same thing happened with my op11 after the May security patch,are you guys having this problem?
