Who here has worked for Compass Group and can you tell me what your experiences were?? I applied as a sous because of the posted salary and benefits and got a call back.

I have a background in catering, private parties, production kitchen work and standard BOH leadership at a few restaurants.

I’m married and looking for something consistent with benefits, my wife is non-industry. I don’t want to leave where I’m at now, if compass is going to dick me around.
