Citations

I am being told, "There are some minor errors in how the attributions are formatted, based on citation style guidelines." According to APA style, there are in-text and paragraph citations. Do you all cite in-text in the paragraph if needed, or do you put all your citations at the end of the paragraph? Sometimes there are multiple sources. I do both, depending on how the information is presented. I believe they are formatted properly; I think it's just the location.

Thanks for any help, and no, I don't want to pay anyone to help me.

What takes so long?

What does it take so long to get your RDP? It's been over a month since I paid the fee. All of the information is in the system. Even if they are short staffed, it shouldn't take that long. Now they're telling me to call back if I haven't heard anything in the next 30 days. Don't you have to get the BAIID within 14 days of issue? What if there's a delay in the mail? I know I messed up. I haven't drank in three years. I just don't understand the issue.

MAT-136 Textbook

Is there an actual textbook for this class, or do we use Mobius for everything? I can't access the textbook from the bookstore, but I am signed into Modius. Just want to make sure before I put too much effort into it.

Turnitin Score

Not really a vent or rant, but a question while feeling aggravated.

I received a 42 on my Turnitin Score because I used some dialogue from a paper in a previous term. So it's not really copying, it's reusing since it's basically the same subject for my paper. Is there a way to cite myself, or should I just rewrite it and let it go?

I haven't responded to my feedback yet. I'm not sure if I should or not.

I'm sure someone else has dealt with this. How did you handle it?

ETA: Just to clarify, I didn't try to reuse my whole paper. I just borrowed a couple of paragraphs. The rest was new text. Also, apparently I suck at citations. I'll have to work on that. One more thing, I don't care for Shapiro at all, and we're forced to use them as one source.
