Still waiting on review — interested in Video Annotation Expert & Writers/Authors roles

Just wanted to share that I’ve applied for Video Annotation Expert and Writers and Authors roles here, and both are still showing “Hiring manager reviewing” status — I know from reading many posts here that long wait times are pretty common, so I’m not alone! 🫠

I’m really keen on these two positions:

• ✅ Video Annotation Expert: I have solid experience with annotation, transcription, attention‑to‑detail tasks, and English proficiency — exactly what’s needed here.

• ✅ Writers and Authors: I’ve done lots of AI content evaluation, editing, and structured writing work, plus I’m comfortable creating training materials.

Also, I’m fully based in Birmingham, UK, available fully remote, reliable, and used to rule‑based work — just like the CrowdGen/annotation tasks I’ve been doing lately.

If anyone has tips on how to make my profile stand out more or what to expect next for these specific roles, I’d really appreciate it. Hoping for good news soon! 🙏

[Tutor] Launching a new online learning centre for Teens & Adults (Mon-Sun split). Looking for feedback & freelance tutors!

Hi everyone,
My partner and I have spent the last few weeks building OTC Online Learning Centre. After talking with educators about screen fatigue, we decided to structure our weekly timetable by completely separating subjects across the week to keep things manageable.
We are focusing purely on two demographics: Teens (Ages 11–16) for secondary/GCSE support, and Adult Learners looking for functional numeracy, ESL, and business literacy.
Here is how our new weekly evening flow looks (UK Time):
📚 Monday to Wednesday (English Focus): Teens at 6:00 PM | Adults at 7:15 PM
📐 Thursday & Friday (Maths Focus): Teens at 6:00 PM | Adults at 7:15 PM
☀️** Saturday Morning**: Teen catch-up clinics & Adult Speaking Clubs (finishing by 1:30 PM)
📝 Sunday Morning: Adult study support & Teen Maths Practice Clubs (finishing by 1:30 PM)
To the educators here: Do you think separating English and Maths strictly into different days of the week helps teenagers absorb the material better after a regular school day?
Also, we are actively looking to bring on a few more passionate online freelance tutors who love interactive teaching. If this evening/weekend schedule aligns with your availability, we'd love to hear your thoughts or connect via DM!
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
