Insomnia and fatigue

I am struggling - I struggle to fall asleep and then 3 to 4 hours later I am wide awake - more awake than I am during the day. I’m up for 3 to 5 hours most nights and then go back to sleep and when I can will sleep and get another 3 to 4 hours typically and wake up with a panic attack - or I have to get up for my alarm then I don’t get the panic attack but am just tired. I have so little energy and I need to be exercising but I just don’t have the strength to. And the brain fog is a struggle too.

I have MCAS, hAt, ADHD, PMOS, and chronic migraines. I’m in my late 40’s.

Currently taking Claritin, Pepcid, Guanfacine, Chlorthalidone, Xanax (this at least helps me fall asleep), seasonique, seed probiotics, aspirin, ubrelvy, armor thyroid, and Zepbound.

I’m so tired and not sure what to do! Please help!

Light weight battery like a combination of 2 clutch batteries?

I was caught traveling when some of the airlines changed their battery policy earlier this year including Southwest allowing only one lithium ion and Singapore airlines allowing only two (when I was already traveling with two). I now only fly Southwest when I’m desperate because of timing of flights but need a better option.

I love the Clutch battery packs - 5,000 mAh each, uses a strong magnet to attach but not charge so it doesn’t kill my phone battery, has the usb-c charging cord as a part of it, and is very light weigh. I’m basically looking for a double clutch battery so I don’t need 2 but am not having luck

I was very excited about the clutch max 2 until I realized it’s larger than my phone

Please help!!!

Resin allergy help!

I am so over my head with trying to figure out if Poly(Methyl methacrylate/n-Butyl methacrylate/Methacrylic) acid is safe for me to use with resin, HEMA, shellac, and fragrance allergies.

I bought some nail wraps since most polishes and gels are out now - and according to SkinSAFE Poly(Methyl methacrylate/n-Butyl methacrylate/Methacrylic) acid is safe with my allergies - but when I look up the components of it they are listed as not safe because they are I think resins.

When I asked SkinSAFE support they responded with “Poly(Methyl methacrylate/n-Butylmethacrylate/Methacrylic) Acid belongs to the acrylate chemical family and not the formaldehyde resin family. They do not cross-react.” But they have been wrong on some things before, so I don’t want to blindly trust them.

Is this something that I’m likely to react to, or is the combined form changed enough to be relatively safe?

Please explain like I’m 5 because I have a very basic understanding of chemistry
