How to increase reading speed from 300 wpm to 500 wpm

i had started doing chunking and reading faster 10 days back.

my reading speed was about 200 wpm and now in 10 days it has become 300 wpm.

...

  1. i wanted to request information as to what i should do to make the reading speed 500 wpm.

do i have to practice any other technique. as right now i am just doing chunking 3 to 4 words and trying to read faster.

...

  1. also how do i increase my reading speed while reading newspapers.

the columns are narrow, so there is lot of down eye movement while reading new lines.

i read in a book that reading only the main key words in the newspaper would be beneficial.

need guidance about it.

...

inputs from those people who have improved their reading speed will be very helpful.

thank you for the comments and answers.

Chunking while reading.

hi, i have to read a lot for my work.

lately, i have been trying to find ways to increase my reading speed with good comprehension.

through some websites, i came to know that chunking words while reading can help in reading fast and also the comprehension will be good.

  1. is it correct?

  1. by hoe much will my reading speed increase?

  1. also how to chunk?

from today, i am trying to chunk 2 words without any logic. comprehension seems okay. is there a particular way or method that i have to use in chunking.

  1. with practice will i be able to chunk 3 or more words and by when.

  1. if i practice this chunking method religiously, what will happen to my reading speed. i think my speed is about 200 to 250 wpm.

  1. any books or videos u can suggest which are about chunking.

  1. is there any android apps why chunks the words so that they can be read.

24 hrs breath awareness

24 hrs anapanasati meditation

i started keeping awareness on my breath for 24 hours, basically when i am awake and when doing daily activities.

i dont specially sit for meditation but keep awareness on my breath when i am awake.

today is my 20th day doing this kind of meditation.

in these 20 days, i have found that my concentration has increased when i read. i have to do a lot of reading for my work.

the purpose of this post is to connect with people who keep breathing awareness while doing daily activities.

a few questions i have are

  1. by how much my concentration will increase if i do this for lets say a year or so. as now in these 20 days, a few days the concentration was not that great.

  2. will i be more calmer and by when.

  3. any increase in memory.

  4. what are the other benefits of doing this kind of mindful breathing.

any views, any knowledge, any experience sharing will be very helpful.

good luck to all who practice meditation. thanks in advance for your messages.

today i am receiving world class customer support from Replit.

i was having an issue with some functionality in my app.

after trying to solve it myself, i gave up.

(i am not technical and my day job is very very far away from coding or software building)

i think only today itself, i have exchanged 6 to 8 emails with second level support of Replit.

he proposes solution, it doesnt work, then he proposes further solution.

i feel we r getting closer to a solution.

i feel my issue is 50 to 60 percent solved. but not 100 percent.

but i feel great.

thanks a lot to Replit customer support. if you keep on helping customers like this, no other company can beat u.

I have been building an app on Replit using vibe coding. The app is related to the stock market.

I have spent close to $400 for building this app and have spent a month building the app.

Now I feel that the app is between 60% and 80% complete. I am a full-time investor and spending time on making the app is not feasible for me anymore.

I am looking for a person who can take this project from me.

What I am planning to do is I will give the person between 20% and 40% of this app, provided he commits a certain amount of money to building the app and taking it live.

He or she will be responsible for the app's day-to-day operation and he will be the main active partner in the app.

I am willing to collaborate with the people who have built an app on replit and know how to take an app live.

The person can be replit coders or people who have built a successful business on replit using vibe coding.

I feel the app which I have built will work very well and there is good potential for the app in the future.

I can show the app on anydesk or team viewer to people who are interested.

If anyone is willing to talk about the app, please feel free to send me a message.

I stay in India so I will be available between 9 am and 5 pm Indian time.

When you message me, please share your background and experience using Replit with me so that I will know about you.

Basically I want to collaborate with someone who can take this project and make it successful.
