Just started my first full time trades gig ( or anything for that matter ) looking for tips from going from highschool straight to trades

Have already done a couple shifts just getting into the flow of it.
Doing 10 hour shifts 630-5 or 430-3 if it’s hot.
Any good nutrition tips would be appreciated too.
Also best way to clean the black shit in my nose, too hot for a respirator 😂
