Is anybody making the dynamic pill bar widget for niri ?. Like now it's trending with Hyperland rice.

I was hoping for someone to port that to niri. If no one else then i would do it myself. The thing is I'm not a fan of quickshell/qml as it's resource intensive so I'm thinking of doing it with some other language.

If you are an arch linux user, then you are cooked. don't update your aur packages rn as it's affected by malware like infostealer and rootkit.

Around 1000+ packages in AUR has been affected with malware as of now. some one wrote a script to check if your system is affected or not, i'll share the script below.
