Issue….
I placed an order yesterday and for whatever reason the suite and box number are not included in my shipping address like normal. I’ve placed multiple orders in the past and had zero issues but for whatever reason my shipping address does not have the suite or box number included, which means it’ll go to a location with multiple businesses, but no actual destination. I use a UPS store shipping box that I pay for monthly for all of my incoming packages which means I have to include the suite and the box number to actually get my package. I’m hoping GOAT be able to help me with this seeing as it’s still going to the Authenticator before coming to me. I messaged them and I’m waiting to hear back. I went into my shipping addresses location on the app and for whatever reason there’s two addresses 1 has the suite and the box number and the other one just has the address without those two and this package is going to not ever reach me if I do not include a suite and box number. I really hope that I’m not screwed and end up losing a bunch of money because of this. I used Affirm for the first time as well.
