[23/F] Hunting for pen pals :)

Hello! I am on the hunt for some pen pals! I would love to receive snail mail of all kinds. I would love pictures, drawings, paintings, pressed flowers, etc. any art or craft that you wanna make and send feel free! Letters would be the best way to start but if you’re a creator and want someone that would appreciate your work and keep it forever, I am your gal!

I want to hear about
everything. Your hopes and dreams, best days and worst days, things that evoked
feelings from deep inside your soul. Your favorite music, what you like to read/watch, how amazing or tragic your life is. I want to read it alllllll.

We can exchange advice, or I can be someone that you vent to. I am open to writing to anyone and I want anyone who needs someone to talk to can write to me. Feel free to message me if you would like to talk more or would like my P.O. :)

Ulta needs to do better

I genuinely think Ulta employees should unionize. I am a tasker and have been a tasker for a year. I used to work at a different location for a year and then took some time off and was hired again as a tasker a year ago. My raise was ¢23. Mind you I started coming in early to break down truck without anyone asking along with picking up other tasking duties and received no recognition for any of it. The management at our store sucks and they always hire externally instead of promoting internally. Many people have complained about this during the reviews and it was one of the top problems at our store but nothing has changed. New hire taskers should not be hired at a better rate than the taskers you already have. I've asked my GM for a raise and her response was "I have no control over that". I think that Ulta employees should unionize for better pay. Our pay increase should match the increased cost of living. Our hours should be reliable and all of our staff should be treated better. You should like where you work and feel appreciated. It's shitty that some of our staff sits around pretty much doing nothing and they get paid more than taskers who have to pick up where they slack. Maybe it is just our store but I hear about so many other stores where associates don't receive acceptable pay.
