Stagnant March 2026 Applicant

Am I the only March 2026 applicant whose last silent update was 5/22? There has been zero movement since that mass update. Let me know if you are a March 2026 applicant in the same boat

Transmission Fluid for 2017 VW Jetta S automatic

So my mechanic thinks the Valvoline MaxLife Multi-Vehicle ATF Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid should work fine. However, I am not sure if Liqui Moly Top Tec ATF 1800 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) would be better. I just bought it as a used car and want to change the trans fluid and filter. It is currently at about 91k miles. I appreciate your advice!

Any March 2026 Filers with 5/22 Silent Update Recieve Approval?

I filed my I-485 on March 18th 2026 with a derivative (my spouse). My NIW was approved in July of 2024 with a PD of March 3rd 2024. The most recent silent update we recieved was 5/22 and it has been silence since then. I'm curious to know if anyone with a similar timeline has been approved. Appreciate your response!

Additional Info: I forgot to add that my case is still at NBC. Not sure it was ever sent to a field office.

Car Search

Hello Everyone! I recently moved to Atlanta from a city where I didn't need a car and I am currently searching for an affordable used car. I could do cash upfront if it is under $5000. I am also open to some kind of payment plan if it is more than that. My budget is $7000 max (all fees included). Ideally I prefer a Mazda, Toyota or Honda. The car search has been exhausting so I really appreciate any recommendations you can provide. Thank you!
