Wart below the Penis Re-occurance? 3 time to got the laser.

Hi! Quite frustrated with my genital warts. Could this be genital warts again? I already had 2 follow up lasers. Now, 7th day of being lasered. I notice a bump on the upper part of the scab. I also got the 1st shot of vaccine 7 days ago. I hope it's fibrin. Could this be wart again?

Wart on Penis

Anyone had genital warts on their penis? I recently got an outbreak. I had one years ago but lasered. Now, it's back and it regrow again, so I had get them lasered 3 times already. Now, it's healing again and I hope it's gone already. My wart was below the head or the penis. I hope it's cleared out , but i al seeing white stuff on the upper part of the scab. Wouod there be other options other than laser if it regrows again? Or shoule change clinician already?
