PSA for Chase users seeing “No Eligible Cards” in PAZE
Figured I’d throw this out there in case anyone else is running into the same issue with the new PAZE promo.
I followed the activation flow through the Chase app like many others here, but PAZE kept showing that I had no eligible cards available to connect despite having multiple eligible Chase cards.
I think I finally figured out the issue.
In my case, my phone number was tied to two separate Chase profiles: my personal login and my business login. I opened another business card last night and decided it was finally time to fully link the accounts together under one profile.
Immediately after linking them, every eligible card suddenly appeared in PAZE.
So if anyone is seeing the “no eligible cards” issue despite having eligible Chase cards, check whether you might have separate Chase profiles/logins tied to the same phone number or split between personal/business relationships.
Not guaranteeing this is the fix for everyone, but it solved it instantly for me.
