My husband is on an AOT and sleeps all day on his meds. He still is paranoid and his act team seems to not help. How are we ever supposed to live a normal life if he is sleeping 17+ hours a day and can’t work. Non-AOT doctors have said this is clearly an issue and his meds aren’t right. My husband has no insight into his illness and won’t seek help and his act team seems to think he is fine and dandy. His AOT is about to expire and then who knows what will happen. Do you have any advice?

I got poached by a partner to lateral and made the jump but now I have low hours at my new firm. He says it will come and he is waiting for more business to come in. He told me not to worry about low hours but I still want my bonus. Do you think there’s a chance the firm gives me my bonus anyways since I followed this equity partner (he is also helping them open a new office)?

I’m on haldol decanoate and sleeping all day until 5 PM. I still have delusions and paranoia. I can’t work and have no social battery. Is this normal or any advice?
