Recommendations of a curious first timer
I've been very curious about a retreat and want to start planning a retreat for myself. I've dealt with a lot of childhood trauma and family issues that have bled into my adult life and need a mental reset. In the past I've tried ketamine therapy which did help me for a bit, but I've been searching for something to connect be on a deeper level and hopefully find some understanding and peace in my life before.
I'm searching for a retreat that won't break the bank while still giving a safe and trusting experience. Thanks in advance!
