One roll. 20 silvers. The other 49 rolls? Absolutely nothing 😂

Picked up a $500 box of halves today and noticed a 1968 ender on one roll.

I was already pretty happy — hey, at least I knew I had one 40% silver!

Then I flipped the roll over…

Wait. Is that ANOTHER silver ender??

At that point I had to open it immediately.
Turns out the ENTIRE ROLL was silver. All 20 coins were 40% Kennedy halves. 🤯

And here’s the weirdest part: I searched the rest of the box and found absolutely nothing. Not a single silver in the other 49 rolls.

So basically:
49 rolls = 🦨
1 roll = 20 × 40% silver Kennedys

I’ve never had a box like this before. Someone’s collection dump must have somehow stayed together as one perfect roll.

Definitely one of my craziest CRH finds so far!

Did I get a good deal on these sterling weighted candlesticks?

Picked these up today at an antique store for $22.50 and $32.50.
One is marked “Sterling Reinforced with Cement” and the other is “Hamilton Sterling Weighted.”
I know they’re weighted (not solid sterling), but I was wondering if this was still a good buy at these prices.
What do you think? Did I get a good deal, or just an average one?
