Hey everybody, I’m a college-age male who didn’t grow up in a health conscious house. I was about 210 lbs/97.52 kg at 5’11 last September and now i’m 165 lbs/74.84 kg. I did cardio, cal deficit, and lifted 5 times a week. I basically started at 0 with muscle and have seen some progress. The issue is I wasn’t eating enough to build substantial muscle, but now I’m not lean enough to see any muscle. I’m confused if I should finish and keep losing weight until I’m actually lean, or up my intake and start focusing on lifting? I eat about 1.5k cals a day (not good ik)
