BMCC 6k FF Update 10.2.2 for those who’ve already tested it.

Haven’t had an opportunity yet to confirm myself, but someone claimed the image quality improved and has “less noise”, is that something anyone else noticed yet or is does that sound like nonsense?

I invite you share your experiences.

Just a thought: The Odyssey will probably explore moments of Helen dealing with her unhappiness about being back with Menelaus.

During a discussion with my friend about his disagreements with Lupita playing Helen, he mentioned that she’s not exactly unattractive, but there are stills of appearing unattractive and it bothers him. I saw a photo of her with short hair and looking miserable, and I realized this is probably gonna be a moment of her rebelliousness against everyone’s idea of her. Cutting her hair short as a way of saying F you to Menelaus and Greece. Surely she never wanted to return to him or Greece.

But it does fall under “wokism” as it does touch on feminists acts. Not that I care, but my friend has a heavy woke element radar when watching movies. So if I’m right, I’m in for a bitter discussion after we’re out of the theater.

Enjoy the film.

Hi guys, I’m gonna use an EF af canon lens with image stabilization on my FF and I’m searching for successful electronic EF to L mounts that make the af feature usable. If you guys know of any that you’ve used, please me let me know!

The Odyssey hate seems like a well orchestrated campaign.

Its only job is to infuse negativity into moviegoers. It for sure is successfully striking at right leaning people. I have some friends who aim right, I myself have right leaning views, but I put so much trust into Christopher Nolan’s work that I don’t give a damn about what other people seem to notice about the film so far. There’s a mass marketing of AI propaganda trashing the film daily. My friends keep sending me these things in hopes that I may see eye to eye with them. But why am I gonna allow myself to get programmed into going in to this film hating it?

Cause that’s what hate campaigns do, they trigger people emotionally that it won’t even matter that Elliot Page may not be Achilles at all, and not to mention that’s apparently been a lie to begin with.

“Nolan is trying to win an Oscar” he just won for Oppenheimer.. is Nolan casting diverse characters here and there really the sign he’s just playing by guidelines? Are we not comfortable seeing a black or brown actors anymore without believing it’s politically motivated??

It’s all so unusual to me. Anyway, I welcome other people’s thoughts if they have any.

Hi there.

I was out walking tonight and tripped on a slightly lifted tile. As can commonly happen, the tip of the rubber split lightly. Could this potentially be an expensive fix? I’d imagine it depends on the repairman, but I’m inclined to get the cement and do it myself.

I welcome anyone’s advice!
