Hi po! Ask ko lang if may nakaexperience na ng similar situation 😅

We originally booked our flight through AirAsia/Airpaz, then later the airline cancelled/rescheduled the flight due to involuntary changes.

Nag-email si Airpaz offering us to choose a new schedule, pero may additional fare na around ₱21k which is too expensive for us.

Out of curiosity, I tried checking our booking directly sa PAL Manage Booking using our booking reference. Surprisingly, PAL itself also allowed us to reschedule the cancelled flight, and when we selected new flights, it immediately showed “Booking Confirmed” with updated flight details and ticket numbers — without any additional payment required.

Now:
• PAL website already shows the NEW schedule
• PAL emailed us a confirmation that reflects the new flights
• But Airpaz/AirAsia side still shows the OLD itinerary and is still asking for additional payment

Which one should we follow po? 😭

I’m worried baka pagdating sa airport/check-in magkaroon ng conflict or sabihin may unpaid balance pa.

Has anyone experienced this before? Were you able to fly successfully using the updated itinerary from PAL even if hindi updated yung third-party booking site?

May nacancel and rescheduled po ba dito na flight and kung ikaw magseset ng new schedule which they offered kasi involuntary cancellation, then may sinisingil pala si Air Asia ng additional fare. I tried to Manage booking through PAL's website, they offered to reschedule with no additional payment refelcted and the date was confirmed. Naupdate nadin po yung new sched sa website ng PAL but sa Airasia is wala. Saan po yung susundin? I'm worried kasi baka mgakaroon kami ng conflict sa pagcheck-in. Thank you po sa makakasagot.
