Has anyone of you tried Tony and guy professional courses? If yes, how are they? Is it wise to spend two lakhs on a professional course from Tony and guy?

Today I realise that I still don’t know how to respond to a compliment. Although I am very good at handling conversations, but when somebody gives me a compliment and that to out of blue, I just get confused and I lose all the confidence. Happened to me today a random guy at a coffee shop just said nice shades and I didn’t know what to say. I just smiled and then in muffled voice. I said thank you and then he started asking me about my backpack clearly he was trying to have a conversation, I also wanted to have a conversation, but I just didn’t know how to do it in that moment. How do you guys handle such situations?
