my issue started a few months back. my pc refused to turn on until i lowered voltages to the cpu and ram and lowered clock speeds for ram. then one ram stick completely stopped working and didn’t even post and the other posted but couldn’t boot (either bsod or boot loop). i thought it was the psu but i replaced it and the issue remained. thought it was the motherboard and the issue remained. now what’s left is the ram/cpu and i can’t test any of them as i don’t have friends. what should i replace?
(forgot to mention but ran memtest86 and it showed so many errors that it aborted)

build is
motherboard: gigabyte b550m k
cpu: ryzen 5 5500gt
ram: g-skill trident 16gb
