Seeking a change: burned out wfh mom w/ chronic stress

Hi - this community is helpful and seems kind. Seeking some advice as I’m currently on my way to a full blown breakdown and depression.
I’m 33 WFH mom. Currently we have family member helping to watch our LO (under 2) while I work from home. I’ve had to earn, sweat and go through much hardship to be where I’m at in my field of health care. However, I’ve been recently thinking about exiting the workforce to stay at home with my child. Also thinking about having a second kid some point in the near future (the idea of having two LOs working full time puts me over the edge). Current company has gone thru restructure, and culture is becoming toxic. Debating whether day care is a good option, my SO and I are having a very difficult time with the idea of having her in day care 5/days a week and leaving her with non-family.
Should also mention the family member caregiver has borderline personality, which has fueled this immense sadness, and at times has clouded my judgment on what to do.

TL;DR
-seeking advice from those that left corporate America to stay at home with their LOs?
-flip side: advice from those that had family watching LOs and transitioned to daycare. How did you do it? Did you regret it?

I feel very alone, overwhelmed, guilty and judged by friends, neighbors, coworkers when I share. Everyone makes it seem like an “easy” solution.
Appreciate any and all support right now. I haven’t been able to sleep or eat in weeks. I know this stress will eventually disappear. Just don’t know how much longer I can cope. p.s. therapy isn’t helping.

Anyone notice since 102.1 changed to Christian music, 88Nine has gone mainstream? They play overplayed alternative music - the Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bastille, No Doubt - all bands that played on rotation during the John Adler days of 102.1 (never sounded different, always the same). Now that he’s on 88Nine and 102.1 is defunct, I cannot believe I’m hearing By the Way by RHCP for the millionth time on the 88.9. Don’t get me wrong, fine bands but not what I’m tuning in for. Disappointing. I miss the underground indie of 88Nine.

Looking for suggestions for toddler daycare / childcare programs either half day or full day in the Tosa and larger Milwaukee area. Struggling to know which programs out there are reputable. Thanks for the help.
