Thought I’d post this here to see what sort of questions I get. I opened my own IT company in the UK five months ago at the age of 25. It’s been a really interesting experience so far, from finding clients and handling the technical side to learning the business side of things as I go.

I don't understand why this has become so difficult.
I have my main number on an auto attendant. We have recently started the process of moving phone systems (number porting), so we want to forward our main number on the auto attendant to the placeholder number on the new phone system.
Every time I try to forward it and then call the number, I get the message: “This is not authorized from the account.”
The auto attendant currently has a resource account and a Pay-As-You-Go Country Zone 1 license assigned to it.
I also can't seem to find credits anywhere in the store or on PAX8.
What am I doing wrong?

Hope you’re all well. We’re a UK based MSP and just wanted to ask whether it’s common for smaller MSPs to reach out to larger ones to buy out any smaller contracts they don’t want?
Returning player I know they have clamped down on addons this expansion has anyone gone fully without addons?
