"Female/Male-Presenting"

People at my workplace constantly refer to people and their voices as "male/female presenting." This is immensely problematic to me, especially when they refer to a trans-woman as being "male-presenting" and/or having a "male-presenting" voice. Am I dramatic/in the wrong to be irked about this?
