Seeing through eyelids

Has anyone ever gotten that thing where your going to sleep and you start to feel like you're looking through ur eyelids?
It happened to me for the first time last night while attempting wbtb wild but I didn't realize if I was dreaming or not cause i was half asleep and I kept trying to blink super hard.

Short dream I had

At first I was trying to go lucid so I reached my hands out to grab anything and then at the end I felt two giant hands run through my hair and I woke myself up screaming all my family members names cause I was freaked out

Any other good methods?

I’ve tried FILD, MILD, WILD, and some other things I don't remember. But I am having consistent dreams every night, usually 2 or 3 and I remember them perfectly. I get hypnagogic hallucinations every once in a while, but they usually wake me up. I stopped doing reality checks as much because I don’t think they’re really doing anything for me. But one time, as I fell asleep after trying WBTB when I woke up in the middle of the night naturally, I saw my dream forming in front of me. So, I reached my hands out in the dream, felt two giant hands run through my head, and forced myself awake. Should I just keep trying WBTB whenever I can? I’ve been trying to lucid dream for over a month now, any tips?

Ps: one time i went lucid in a dream, started flying, then started another dream while being aware but I couldn’t control anything and it felt like I was just watching while I knew I was dreaming

Very weird hypnagogic imagery

I woke up from a couple very vivid dreams just now and stayed awake for like 2 minutes then I closed my eyes again and I was unintentionally thinking about the crazy dreams I had and I was replaying it in my head and then I started seeing speed the streamers face forming and he was screaming at me (it was like I was his webcam?? 😭) and I thought this was weird so I reached my hands out to see if I can touch anything but then I felt these random giant hands run through my hair so I forced myself back awake yelling my siblings name. This was the first time anything like this has happened to me since I started trying to lucid dream last month, it was cool but so random.

Can I script for a lucid dream?

Idk if that makes sense, but can I write down or have a mental image of a photo of what I wanna see when I go in a dream so I know it’s a dream? I haven’t had a lucid dream yet so I’m just experimenting

Just found out my brothers dating a girl in college (he didn’t tell us but she comes over and we saw them making out?? anyway. Sorry if I’m being ignorant but I didn’t grow up in egypt, but I was told dating isn’t a norm here cause the majority is Muslim?? Is this a normal thing in college?

Ever since I’ve been dream journaling I’ve been having consistent dreams every single night but now when I’m really focusing on getting a lucid dream or trying wild or WBTB I just have no dreams at all (or atleast remembering them) Why? What can I do?

Is it really necessary if I’m going to a British one anyway? I think I’ll be fine if I learn Franco since I can speak Arabic all though it’s a little broken, I just can’t read or write it at all

I read something like focus on the black and then you’ll like start to see colors and stuff and like stuff will form but when I do that, I always lose focus and I end up falling asleep. I used to like two years ago before I really understood what lucid dreaming was. I would close my eyes and I could literally watch the dream form and I wasn’t even trying so I wanna know what should I do?

My dad moved us to another country 3 years ago for work. I was told we would go back to the US in a year — we didn’t, I didnt care. I was put in online school because I was told school here was to hard.

We would go out twice a week but this only lasted for a month or something then it transitioned into me only leaving the house to see the orthodontist and the recently added once a month movie theater trip that’s promised every single week

We go on vacation once a year and that vacation is held over my head for the rest of the year getting told to be greatful because my generation thinks going on vacation is a normal thing and I am entitled even though we only started doing this vacation thing since moving.

I just laugh it off and I’m told I’ll go out and have friends when I go to college. Living like this is okay I guess but every once and a while I see all my old friends hanging out and summer rolls around and I’m just sad :(

lol I don’t wanna hear join a club because Iv tried that but everyone’s just to busy to take me and I understand cause who’s gonna bring money home? But yeah I just wanted to complain idek if this is emotional neglect

When I try WILD I start to hear things then nothing else happens. Usually I’ll open my eyes as soon as it happens cause I’m scared, is that the main problem? Like I’ll be falling asleep and hear my dad call my name or a popping sound and I’ll open my eyes and then go to sleep again it’s just a fail

What should I do? I don’t know how to stop getting jump scared (sorry if my grammar is bad)

I’ve been trying to have lucid dreams for a little over a month now, and I had my first semi-lucid one last week. All I did was fly but I couldn’t control anything else. I’ve been having vivid dreams every single night since I started trying and journaling them. I’ve also been doing multiple reality checks a day and tried MILD repeating a phrase as I fall asleep, but nothing has really worked yet. When I wake up in the middle of the night I try to do WBTB whenever I can, but do you have any tips on what else I can do?
