Can someone answer some questions about Alignerr?

I created my profile on the platform recently and I wanna know some things about it

- Does it usually take much time to get accepted into projects after clicking the "apply" button?

- After applying for a project, is there any kind of interview or preparatory test to determinate if I am qualified?

- Once accepted into projects and started a project, is there any kind of monitoring or screen recording while I use my PC to ensure I’m not "cheating"?

- The payments really are the amount said in the application screen? Like between 20$ and 50$ per hour?

If someone could answer at least one of these question I would be very grateful. And if you want to share your experience on Alignerr platform, fell welcome to say too.

Problems with verifications

Address verification and Initial Skill Verification are market as failed, and I can't retry them.

With that I can't accept the invitation I received and not even apply to other projects. I already contacted the support a couple times, but no answers still.

I failed on the address verification step

in my profile the field "address verification" is saying "failed" maybe because the picture I took was not in the terms they needed.

But what can I do now? Is there a way I can redo it? Because without this step I can start any project on the platform
