Looking for some web designers who can really kick the tires and do some novel stuff, I'm sick of how bland web gen is

I really want to understand the economics of this so please humor me:

it doesn't seem so crazy, there's a billion AI tools, I will pay you to use them, you will accept the risk that you can’t sell enough usage to cover 20$ a month. You will make money from me by charging a premium. I accept the premium in favor of ease of use.

So if this is so obvious what is the catch? What am I missing?

It could be that I'm old and just nostalgic, but I miss the way that the 1980s sci-fi movies like Terminator and Aliens felt. I can't quite put more finger on it but there was something in the way they were shot that just really gave me a deeper sense of mystery and possibility than modern day movies.

I've been trying to re-create that feeling with Generative AI, making what if scenes that are sourced from the original movies and modified. My latest project is trying to show LV-426 after the blast. Would love it if some real Artists would like to help

I have a business plan that's about 47 pages but I'm planning to lead with a pre-seed memo about 2 pages asking for 2.5m.

My proposal gives a brief plug for the idea, then leans heavily on my existing IP, which include a patent ( filed in 2023, cited by Microsoft and Samsung ) and a related trademark - Granted Notice of Allowance.

It's an AI company and I'm a professional in the field with 20 years of experience.

I don't want private investment - no friends and family - really need some institutional investors who have other investments I can richochet off of as I grow it to series A - partially it's a business to business play.

I also need investors that understand my background and will grow with me, help get me the right people and right knowledge I need to be successful in this.

I also have users ( very few ) but the bulk of the tech is unreleased and/or not yet fully developed.

Any advice on which investment groups I should be pitching? How i should structure this memo?

I plan to include my salary to step away from my current company then funds for others I will hire, as well as gpu costs, with a plan to get to series A in 17 months

I'm trying to find out the workflows that you wish you could run but can't due to hardware constraints or dependency conflicts.
