So this will be our 4th post on neighbors from hell. Like clockwork she waits like a week and tried something new.
I get a call today from a CPS investigator that there are verbal abuse allegations against me and they want to talk to us and one of my kids.
I have had it with this lady harassing us. She gets away with everything and I really want to get an investigation opened for making a retaliatory report to cps when calling the cops hasn’t worked for her.

It is apparently a class E felony in our state but it’s doubtful cps will cooperate due to worry others may not report. It’s like a free license to psychologically harass us and a younger child in the process. My daughter doesn’t want to talk to them. She’s not even here right now. She’s over 200 miles away with her grandparents for a few weeks.

We are losing sleep over this crap.. I hate it for our kids and for us

What should I do y’all? How to get charges filed that will go somewhere? Is there a higher power to talk to that can put pressure on the county to file charge? A court order has to be made to get the callers identity released. So that’s another hurdle.
The system is really failing us right now.

update: There is a call into our lawyer about this. I don’t want to go this alone cause it’s absolutely insane to play games with people’s kids.
I want the least invasion into our lives and to get back to living in peace around here.

update 2: Spoke with my attorney and he told me not to waste my money on his services. Said it’s unsubstantiated and that they get reports from crazy people all the time... He said they will speak to us only and then go away… I really hope he’s right. This totally blows.

update: Have discovered these assholes decided to kick the hornets nest then run. They left town like cowards! I imagine they will be back this week though. So fingers crossed our meeting with cps goes well.
Then it’s time for the less nice signs coming out to play on the corner. If she’s having this big of a problem with the signs we had before then she is really not going to like what we have coming in the mail. I think it’s time someone calls this Karen a Karen and an obese liar. All in one sign. The back side of this sign is Mean Girls themed and the word narcissist just might be in the comment.
She has earned it and more.

So I’ve posted about my neighbors from hell and she keeps escalating things once a week now. She’s called the cops to make false reports and got nowhere with her lies. So now she has made a report to CPS that I’m verbally abusing one of my kids and the kids emotionally distraught Something of that nature

So now they are wanting to speak to us and our kid next week. Idk what to do about this. I know it’s a felony in tn to make false allegations to cps to retaliate against someone.

What are they possibly going to ask us and what should I do?
I want the harassment to stop. If anything is upsetting my kid it’s this neighbor and her boy harassing all of us.
I really don’t want them anywhere near my kid or my home. It’s such an invasion and being used to harass us.

If anyone works for cps or retired can help guide us on this it would be great. We are losing sleep every week over this woman.

So anyone who’s following our neighborhood struggle this probably won’t surprise y’all…

The crazy lady’s mom chased my neighbors down with her Lincoln today into their driveway and started yelling at them. Good neighbor filed a report but the SO’s didn’t go over to inform the Karens due to fears of escalation. Local Sheriff department knows about this neighborhood struggle.

Anyway later this evening after watering our marigolds by the road…these nut jobs come out as a family to look at my comical yard signs and had the little turd that’s been trouble CLEARLY SPIT on my Mr Rogers sign!
Then they call the sheriffs department I guess about my sign? The popo leaves without even speaking to us. They are all over the road late tonight and start blowing these really obnoxious horns after 10pm that I caught on video as well.

We have video of many of these incidents including their aggressive dogs getting out all the time that get after our animals. Me and daughter riding our horses included!

When does the law say these people are the harassing party in our neighborhood? BTW they claim we are harassing and trespassing . Their the entitled type and are such blow hard power move players.
However the rest of the neighborhood knows thats not true and we have texts to back this up. They have no digital evidence of any kind… So I kinda feel like they have weak grounds to say anyone is harassing them?

What are your guys thoughts? Ideas on things we can do to remedy this problem?

So we have a new issue that arose after our neighborhood Karen tried to file a false report on us. It was easily proven what she said was false and they left. We fear more from her given the easement dispute and her trying to make a case for order of protection on us.
It all he said she said territory from her as it’s fabricated. I have a lot of messages that she’s going out of her way to drag us into her smear campaign due to her kids🤦‍♂️

She has escalated again and places a camera far away from her home to capture my neighbor in their yard. It’s also on our driveway entrances where we congregate to talk with our neighbors.
This is rural county land, she’s basically stalking my neighbors, and she escalates things when she’s raging over there.

Is this is anyway covered on the on party Tennessee eavesdropping/wiretapping laws? Like it’s not even on the road. It’s watching our homes and listening to our conversations.

Any help and advice is appreciated! Again we’re all just farmers and none of us have much money to address this in a streamline manner. Need all the help we can get on this.

So I’ve posted a couple times on here about my neighbors and their kids. We own and are surrounded by farms with some small tracts of houses scattered around us.
Our neighbors kids are little shits and the mother is toxic as they come at home.
Their kids raised hell in our neighborhood for a while. Chasing a horse several times on other peoples property, throwing rocks at neighbors dogs in their fenced yard, driving through our fence, throwing rocks at my kid almost hitting my wires car.
Kids got in trouble once in their life and 3 days later started a rumor at school that spiraled till they weren’t in trouble. We sort it out and they want to be friends only to start more shit. I have tactfully pointed out her flawed logic and stood up to her. On June 6 she attacked us out of nowhere on her neighborhood chat group.
We can’t even be invisible and be left alone.
I told her why she acts the way she does and tore her story apart on the chat group. She was not happy with that and blocked the road. Apparently the neighborhood has banded behind me silently “fear her” from what I keep hearing from everyone. I put up a funny sign as a way to get at her. Shes so insecure it’s not hard. This is the only thing I have ever done to them because we have anxiety from their toxic behavior.

We keep to ourselves down here. Our whole neighborhood is the same. We may hang with our neighbors once a month to 6 weeks. This lady thrives on social status and connections. This makes her feel rejected so she must protect her insecurities. No one wants to talk to her cause she is two faced and turns on you when she feels like she being accused of something “kids” So everyone takes the shit and avoids saying anything to her to keep the peace.

We installed cameras that were a huge expense due to the distance we had to run them from the house because it’s gotten to be too much harassment off their boys.

She decided to block access to 4 farms and the obstruction was on someone else’s farmland. We pulled deeds and maps to show that she in fact has the legal easement on her property. They concreted the road and gated it off when they moved in and made their neighbor family member allow passage on her land. They are above rules. We sent her a demand letter to allow passage or remove the posts immediately. She tells us all to fuck off and get a lawyer.

Well a couple hours later she calls the sheriffs department and says I’m prowling around outside her property staring at them. I was walking my dog on my own driveway and there is another property between us and the KAREN. Thank god for cameras cause she tried to frame me in retaliation. Unfortunately they won’t charge her for first time offense due to financial resources with the county. I have to keep worrying she’s gonna frame me or get an order of protection on fabricated stories. They are so vindictive.

She figured out the easement was on her luxury property where they live and that we legally have right to it. So she does a 180 removes the posts on the neighbor where everyone has been having to get access. Then texts everyone on group saying we see the easement BUT we removed the posts. We just didn’t want our concrete to get damaged. They paved part of the road to keep gravel off their driveway. She is only saying that now because she knows the gates will have to come down and open her home up to through traffic.

She had to throw my name in there saying im not going to get into what’s going on with so and so, it’s all so & so, you don’t know about him, then saying she had to get the cops down here because of me ”walking my dog”….Seriously lady? They saw my video evidence I was nowhere near your place!

Im considering putting up a Maury sign that I had made that states. YOU CALLED SAYING YOU NEEDED DISPATCH, BUT AN INVESTIGATION HAS DETERMINED THAT WAS A LIE

Taking her driveway is what the land owners have decided to do. She’s been a constant problem with this neighborhood and we are talking her to court to get an injunction to take down her gates. This is bitter sweet victory. I know I have more drama on the horizon with her.

Is this bitch a narcissist? What should I do with this situation to get her to stay the hell away from us?

So this is the original post about what my family is dealing with... The lady is probably not all bad but southpark Insecurity episode comes to mind with her. I really want the public slander to stop and the bullying to stop.

The fact that they are abusive towards animals and people when it comes to my daughter is alarming to us. How blind can one person be? Why would a 40 year old man waste his time trying to fabricate stories on a 7th grader who I barely know? This crap makes no sense?

Update: We got reolink 4g cellular security cameras Installed now on our long distance troubled areas. Feel better about catching the boys and it mostly is probably a deterrent for them sadly. Would be wonderful to have some solid evidence to maybe pull the wool off her eyes about the worst son. Her other is just a follower.

Also my neighbor next door warned me she had blocked the road to their garden and some other land owners land with t posts. I found out she piled them on the road where you have to move them or go around into the grass of the other neighbors property….. She doesn’t even own it but thinks she does now because their parents paved it in concrete outside their perimeter…. I help my neighbor and ride my horses over there and this is really something that could hurt a horse, bust a hoof, or damage a tire if you hit it right.

While this may be not the wisest thing to do I got tired of this nonsense and decided we need to talk... but she “her husband“ needs to reach out.. Again if you read old post you can’t be reasonable or even invisible with this lady… I want the crap talking to stop.

So I ended up getting a sign to spark a conversation. It has Mr Roger’s on it and a silly saying to help nudge them along. She thrives of visitors and pool parties so this is tapping into her private social circle she values. She shits on our social circle in the neighborhood so its a good way to apply pressure. As they have to drive by it to get home and i live next door… I have a plan to tell a story of what happened and what we want "Respect" through signs referencing movies and tv shows " fresh prince" and the singer aretha franklin. so on so on.

If anyone was wondering what it says- Mr Rogers did not adequately prepare me for the people in my neighborhood.

Thoughts? Is this funny or mean? Also is this understandable given my original post info?

So we’re having trouble with some neighbors that have adhd children and one has ODD.
He’s vindictive when he gets in trouble and takes it out on my daughter, a teacher, or another neighbor. They aren’t on meds cause he wouldn’t eat well on them but he has no discipline at home either.

He gets in trouble for thing like throwing rocks at dogs in fenced yards, driving through farm fence with atv, chasing our horse with atv, throwing rocks at my son or a car, starting grass fires… Then freaks out on whoever takes issue with his behavior. Meaning we tell his parenta. Hes a smart kid but retaliates with off the wall behaviors

Even when he’s lit something on fire at school he’s still riding that atv all over the neighborhood, being checked out of school early to go fishing or for sports that start at like 5 or 6pm. These people don’t know how to parent!

It’s just insane and the mother protects him like he’s being picked on and it’s this big conspiracy against them by us and our next door neighbor. He’s also had damage done by the kids as well and we said something. Oh lord help us all

The mom is probably adhd with rsd. She won’t accept it when you try to bring something to her. She listens some but blows a gasket later and lashes out somehow. The kid blows a gasket on the parents and they believe and protect him

Its been quite for a few weeks and she kicks the hornets next on our community group talking about our family and my kids. “THE REST OUR NEIGHBORHOOD KNOWS MY KIDS ARE POLITE AND KIND” So it’s not like I think they will believe this dummy.
This stemmed because she thinks she and her kids are being villainized…

Thing is no one is bothering to gossip about her. She seems to have an insecurity about being liked, socially accepted, and a need to be fake pretty…..

If you don’t see her in town and it’s not a conversation but a nice hello and a waive. It’s obviously because you have something against her or don’t like her. Not because you have a schedule to keeo.
Thing is we wanted to like them and be friends. They make it hard though and now it’s impossible for me to accept them.

So she’s came up with things in the past professing their innocents or say see we aren’t harassing your animals its the other house or whatever

Problem is that there ”evidence” is usually postured. Like videos of their innocence are just a screen shot of a video with no context, no video just a picture of one.… or it’s fragmented chat texts that don’t show what else is being said. It’s almost like she’s projecting her blame on us

Anyway he’s started some stuff at school over the atv incident the very next week.
He has started similar roomers as the photo I’m posting. Like about a teacher was R****G a student and she’s pregnant. Just off the wall shit for a 7th grader I feel like.

This got the authorities involved and was cleared up quickly. However it’s disrupting to our children going to school and my daughter has anxiety from it and some depression. He screams in her face, and has threatens to shoot our horse if it gets loose.

They have 7 fenced acres and nothing can get on their property. we have 100 acres, livestock, and Barbwire for most of our fencing. The horses are never on their property but for some reason if one gets through some hot fence they gotta mess with it. …. Like throwing rocks at show dogs up the street inside their fences yard. What is wrong with these monsters?!!

Thanks for any comments and advice. We are getting more cameras. Its just so expensive to try to run long range cameras on farm land a section away from utilities or our home.

This has me stressed for my kids and I really would appreciate finding out if this is real and if it is what platform this is from?

Update! PHOTO can’t post but can dm. …. is this a photoshop or ai fabrication? The girl texting him is my daughter’s good friend. She said she didn’t say this. Also this rumor that got the police involved was not about my daughter but the other girl. As they would have had to notify us like the girls parents about the “R” allegation.

Please help us out Reddit. Also any advice on what you’d do is great. We aren’t wealthy so suing would be off the table since cease and desists costs about $15k
