MS symptoms actually Endometriosis symptoms (mostly)

I wasn't sure which flair would be appropriate but I feel the need need to share this information.

I have MS and endometriosis. I have recently found out that SO MANY MS and Endo symptoms overlap. Sciatica, drop foot, chronic fatigue, nerve pain, numbness, itchiness, brain fog are all symptoms I have that are symptoms of both MS and Endo. I had no clue! So now the only symptom I have that I know is 100% MS is optic neuritis (idk if I spelled that right but you know, the eye problem). Which is absolutely mind blowing to me. I was dx with ms 12 years ago at 14 years old and so I always assumed all of these symptoms were MS, but nope! I've had crazy bad issues with hormones/periods and the "standard/normal" Endometriosis symptoms since I was 12, right around the same time all the other symptoms started. I know many people with Endo also have an autoimmune condition but because I was diagnosed with MS so young it really feels like a chicken and the egg situation with these diseases, I don't know which came first or what caused what!

Anyways I hope this info can be somewhat helpful or at least be interesting to someone!

BV & Yeast

I had an appointment with my OBGYN to discuss my IUD potentially being out of place, waiting on ultrasound appointment for that. They did a culture swab as well and the results show BV and yeast, I will start prescriptions tomorrow. I am wondering what I can do to prevent these from reccuring? Should my male partner also take antibiotics for BV to prevent reinfection? TIA for your time, any advice is appreciated.

IUD may have moved RANT

I had laparoscopic surgery done to diagnose/ablase endometriosis 8 months ago and had an IUD put in at that time. They said bleeding would not go away/be consistent for 6 months to a year. The bleeding slowed down over time but picked back up like crazy within the past month. I saw my OBGYN last week and my strings are visible and at the same length as expected, but they scheduled an ultrasound in a few weeks to see if the IUD is out of place in my uterus. Im still bleeding (and thankfully have minimal pain), but I'm SO frustrated about the bleeding! I finally got my sex drive back after the procedure, and now Im back to bleeding so much I cant have sex outside of the shower 😭 AND I cant my 🐱 ate??? Its just cruel. I want a hysterectomy so badly (I know it wont help with the endo, but the bleeding will stop!) and agreed to the IUD so that I could start jumping through insurance hoops to get a hysterectomy eventually. I told my OBGYN that if the IUD is out of place and would need removed that a hysterectomy is the next step for me, and she is in full support, thankfully. I just know with my age its going to be a struggle to get insurance approval for a hysterectomy and I am so stressed. Im supposed to get married soon and I cant even enjoy that thought until this is all settled. If you read all this, thank you for reading/listening to my rant. Fuck being a woman, let's howl at the moon together tonight yall.

I live in an apartment complex and my partner called to let me know their amazon package was delivered but not put in a locker. Unfortunately packages not locked up are frequently stolen. So I went to the mail room and picked up the package. On the way a neighbor said hello. I (looking ROUGH after just getting out of bed) said "hello, how are you doing this fine morning?" Which would be a standard question, but...it was 3:30 in the afternoon. 🥲 Thankfully they said they were well and carried on their merry way. 🤣 This is also a day after several neighbors watched me carry a honeybee found in the apartment down 3 sets of stairs to release it. Im okay being the crazy neighbor because at least I know Im kind too.
