I’ve had my implant for about 10 years now. Right when the tooth was extracted I had a lot of gum recession. Fast forward this past year, I’ve noticed that the metal has begun to peak out more and more. Recent x-rays from 6 months ago show the bone is very healthy. Should I be concerned? I’m very nervous. Thank you
