I was out walking my dog and trying to buy something when I saw this dog on a bench.

I came back and tried giving him food but he ran away. I called my dog’s vet but since its late rn, i wasnt able to reach out anyone. I can’t afford to have him treated since Im currently unemployed and genuinely struggling.

Who can I call this late at night that might be able to help? I tried posting in my country’s dog subreddit but I dont meet the karma requirement. I wont get my backpay until next week to at least have him checked. Its been like an hour and I’m genuinely freaked out that someone can do something like this.
