Need some help assessing a job offer

Hi guys, my bf is a fresh grad. He graduated last year and found a job this year in architecture.

While we are happy he found a job, the conditions are not very ideal:

- he needs to work 6 days a week (sat is half day)

- he can’t wfh at all

- he lives at Pasir Ris and need to travel to woodlands 6 days a week, so he has to be up by 6, which honestly is a struggle for him. (This also means he’s not able to meet up with friends or me on weekdays at all, since he has to sleep early and wake up early)

- he’s being paid just $3.5k

It was the first offer that came so he took it, but now he has passed probation and am not sure if he should confirm it.

During the interview, he was told by HR that they do wfh on selected days and that their company has several branches around SG, but they ended up deploying him to one far away since the nearer one had no vacancy

The thing about the contract is that he needs to provide 2 months notice if he wishes to resign, and I’m thinking if he were to find a better offer, most companies might not want to wait that long for him to come over?

Need some help assessing if you guys would accept the offer? Or nego for higher pay, etc

Thanks!

new multi chicken breast meal prep

Hi guys, wanted to ask whether u guys would typically cook your chicken breast (the frozen kinds that come from new multi, CP) before bringing it to office for lunch?

I usually airfry it if I wfh.

But since I’ve to wfo now, was wondering if I should air fry it before bringing it to work for lunch, and heat it up in the microwave?

Or is it okay to just bring it to work in its frozen state, and then microwave it for lunch

There’s no airfryer in my office pantry, just a toaster oven and a microwave.
